Product Manager

Role:
Our product manager defines the vision for the company’s products. You will be responsible for guiding multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal – shipping a high quality products and features on time. As advocate for both our users and our business, you will balance varied perspectives & requirements, as well as empower our teams to do great work.
Responsibilities:
- You will use market knowledge to define the product vision, roadmap, and goals for the product
- You will transform requirements into feature specs, manage project execution, and define product roll out strategy
- Process, review, and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
- Work with engineering and marketing to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simply the way people work
- You will have the technical skillset to talk shop and work closely with our engineers
- You will describe the product benefits in a way the helps marketing and sales reach new and existing customers
Required Skills & Experience:
- BS or MS computer science, or similar experience as a Software Engineer, Designer
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience working with teams that are remote and employ agile software development methodologies
- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferable on multiple platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead teams and work cross functionally in a high collaborative environment
- Experience with SaaS, Web services and SOA’s is considered a big plus
- Creative, enthusiastic and innovative attitude
