The report illustrates how organizations are tapping external resources for their learning needs. “Overall, outsourcing has increased over the past year in the areas of instruction, LMS administration and operations, and learner support. Although outsourcing of custom content development has not increased across the total market, certain segments (including midsize and large businesses) have increased their outsourcing in this area.”
